Information you provide
The diagnostic form collects your name, company, role, contact details, company size, AI stage, and priority business problem. Share only what is needed for an initial conversation. Do not include identity documents, passwords, customer lists, or other sensitive information.
Use and storage
We use this information to understand your diagnostic needs, respond to your inquiry, and discuss a service proposal. Once deployed, form submissions are stored on the Tencent Cloud server used by this website. The form does not send submissions to overseas CRMs or AI models. We retain information only as needed to handle your inquiry and meet applicable obligations, and do not sell inquiry information.
Browser drafts and security
The form saves a draft within your current browser session and removes it after a successful submission. Failed submissions show a retry message. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Server controls include restricted data-file access, HTTPS, and request limits.
Your choices and contact
You may email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry information. You can also email us directly without completing the form. If we need to verify your identity, we request only the information needed for your request.
